5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit or upload to the Platform.

By submitting content, you grant Fyn life a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the content.

You must not upload content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Is abusive, misleading, harmful, or offensive
• Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code

We may remove content or restrict access to enforce these Terms or comply with legal obligations.

6. Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

7. Live Sessions, Streaming, and Media

• Live sessions may be conducted using third-party services such as Zoom or embedded web tools.
• Streaming quality depends on your internet connection and device.
• You are responsible for data charges imposed by your service provider.
• Do not share session links, private communications, or downloadable materials without permission.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Firebase and Google Sign-In
• Zoom
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim

We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and privacy policies apply separately.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software (excluding user content) are the property of Fyn life or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

• You may stop using the Platform at any time and request account deletion where available.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or as required by law.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fyn life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.

13. Indemnification

• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kozhikode, Kerala.
